As a leader in the construction industry, Pinnacle proudly serves the Washington D.C. Metropolitan area and has successfully completed projects throughout the Eastern United States. We possess a diverse portfolio of commercial, governmental, educational, and private sector projects.

Pinnacle provides General Contracting, Construction Management, and Business Services. For conventional construction projects, we self-perform the most critical stages of work in order to maintain effective schedule management and to ensure prompt resolution and/or mitigation of emergent issues.

At Pinnacle, we pride ourselves on our ability to seamlessly combine the many disciplines of our tradespeople, subcontractors and design professionals in order to deliver work on time, under budget and with the high level of quality that our clients expect.

HISTORY

J.C. Grimberg, the owner of Pinnacle, has worked in the construction industry for over 30 years after graduating from the University of Maryland. He began working in the industry as an estimator for an award-winning Contractor renowned in the Washington D.C. area for almost 70 years. He quickly advanced to a leadership position as a Project Manager, where he successfully managed large-scale multi-million-dollar projects from inception to completion in both the private and public sectors.

In 1998, J.C. started his own highly successful company with several partners, before later establishing himself as the sole owner of Pinnacle and envisioning a fresh approach to the construction business. J.C. has built upon relationships with vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, and design professionals over the last three decades and has gained the expertise that is required to be successful in 21st-century construction.

SAFETY

Pinnacle ensures worker and occupant safety and health by OSHA certifying all employees, performing regular inspections, enforcing rules for procedures and personal protective equipment, providing continuing education and toolbox meetings and maintaining detailed records and reports. We use the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers EM-385 including Activity Hazard Analyses (AHA) and assign a dedicated Safety Officer. We maintain a zero-incident mentality and are proactive to eliminate all unsafe conditions to the greatest extent practicable.
