We use the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers "Three Phases of Control" to monitor and maintain quality, and we employ proactive best practices such as look-ahead, frequent team meetings, and expedition of long-lead items. Pinnacle uses electronic schedules and regularly updates work plans to balance scope, cost and schedule constraints. We evaluate post-award requirements or emergent conditions and advise the Owner of potential impacts.
